Registration consists of:

Copy of Child’s birth certificate

Fee of $225 - checks made out to Blau Weiss Gottschee. Fee includes registration, insurance, uniform and facility rentals.

Or
mail check payable to BW Gottschee for total amount owed along with completed Registration form to
