On Columbus day weekend , BWG Cosmos U-9A participated on the Brooklyn Italians Tournament. In Group play BWG Cosmos played against CDC, Silver Lake Soccer Club and Brooklyn Italians - Red. winning all 3 games.
Semi Finals BWG played against Brooklyn Italians white, the result was 5-1 for Bwg Cosmos.
The Final BWG Cosmos matched up against Den Of Lions from New Jersey. Final scored 5-0 for BWG Cosmos, in a well played tournament.
U10
The U10A boys successfully defended their crown this week in the annual Brooklyn Italians Columbus Cup tournament, defeating World Class Football Club in the finals on a 4-3 shootout, after the match finished 2-2 in regualtion on a late goal by World Class. The boys were dominant throughout the tournament, outscoring their opponents 27-5 and playing strong defense with consistent ball control. The top scorers were Matthew Rubinstein with 7 goals and Matthew Osiecki with 6, both scoring one goal each in the final match. Jeremy Saravia, Justin Silva, Ramo Lukovic and Sal D'Angelo each netted 3 during the weekend tournament. In the finals shootout, Justin Silva stopped a key shot at goal after a save by the other side, and scored the last goal to seal the victory after World Class's final shot bounced off the post.
U12
This weekend BWG Cosmos U12A played in the Brooklyn Italians Colombus Cup tournament. On Saturday, BWG Cosmos U12A played against South Huntington and took the win 2-1. Goal scorers were Billy Moutopoulos (1) and Jovan Bravo (1). Our second game was against NJSA Madrid Gold. BWG Cosmos U12A took another win 2-1. Goal scorers were Billy Moutopoulos (1) and Jovan Bravo (1). On Sunday Bwg Cosmos U12A played against FC Rovers. BWG Cosmos dominated the entire game winning 7-0. Goal Scorers were Jerry Figueroa (2), Autogol (1), Paul Romo (1), Hayvard Ordonez (1) Omar Jamaleddine (1) and Demos Demopoulos (1). They reached the semi final and came up against a strong Yonkers team and lost 3-0.

U13G played in the Beekman's 11th annual tournament on October 8th and won the tournament. They beat West babylon SC Warriors in the Semi final by a 5-0 score, goals scored by Paulina Ambrus, Andrea Cardozo 2, Medina Mulic 1, and Elizabeth Zhivanaj. In the final the girls outplayed LaGrange SC Cougars resulting in a 3-0 score line. The goals were scored by Andrea Cardozo 2, and Medina Mulic.
