Official Announcement: BW Gottschee Launches Elite Winter Futsal Program

Middle Village, Queens, NY – Blau Weiss Gottschee is proud to introduce its new Winter Futsal Development Program, an exclusive initiative designed to elevate technical skill and tactical intelligence for the club’s U11 through U14 players. Launching December 8, this 12-week curriculum represents a strategic collaboration with Levels Futsal, New York City’s leading futsal training organization.

Program Leadership: Julian Escobar

The program will be directed by Julian Escobar, a former BW Gottschee standout and distinguished member of the United States Men’s Futsal National Team. Escobar’s professional experience includes representing the U.S. in FIFA Futsal World Cup qualifiers and CONCACAF Championships, as well as competing at the highest domestic level with the Baltimore Blast in the Major Indoor Soccer League. His expertise in small-sided, high-intensity play makes him uniquely qualified to guide Gottschee’s next generation of talent.

Curriculum and Competition Structure

• Duration: 12 weeks, commencing December 8

• Eligibility: Exclusively for current BW Gottschee players, ages U11–U14

• Training Venue: Premium indoor facility operated by Levels Futsal

• Competition: Guaranteed participation in the Northeast region’s three most prestigious futsal tournaments
